Returns & Refunds

Whilst we hope you’ll be happy with the Garden Building you order via our website, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, below is all the information you’ll need to know.

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as it’s within the relevant cancellation period. See below for more information:

Product Type Any Garden Building – refund only given if requested within 7 days from date of order.

We cannot accept any cancellation after 7 days for any reason.  Our buildings are made to order and bespoke to your exact requirements and are not transferable.

If you do wish to cancel within the 7 days after order please email orders@nordicgarden.co.uk or call 0800 160 1710.

Is your item faulty?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, we want to help.

Our installation team will leave your building in perfect condition and show you how to operate and lock doors and windows.  If any item is faulty after they have left you can reply to the post installation email to our operations manager who will deal with your report immediately.

Receiving any refund

If you’ve asked for a refund in the designated time and it has been agreed we will agree a date for our installation team to come and dismantle the building.  Prior to dismantling the building we will check to ensure it is not damaged and has no parts missing and then once the building is dismantled and in our possession we will arrange your refund.

We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your Building.

By credit or debit card – Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

By Bank Transfer – Your money will go back into the same account.  Allow 3-5 days for the refund to show in your account.

If your Building was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that offer price.

Your statutory rights

Don’t worry, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. The simplest way to return your items is as mentioned above.

Cancellation

You can cancel or change any part of your order within 7 days of ordering it.

You must make changes or amendments to your order by contacting orders@nordicgaren.couk or calling 0800 160 1710.

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so in writing to orders@nordicgarden.co.uk within 7 days of making the order.

Minimum Age

You must be a minimum of 18 to purchase our products.
